Alissa Cole is the Urban Bee Supplies Division Lead with over a decade of experience in beekeeping. She began working with honey bees in 2015 and earned her Commercial Beekeeping Certificate from Kwantlen Polytechnic University in 2018, where she received the Silver Hive Tool Award for Outstanding Academic Achievement.
Her passion for bees helped her overcome a childhood fear of public speaking, leading her to deliver school presentations, speak at community events, participate in honeybee festivals, and host live hive tours.
At Urban Bee Supplies, Alissa oversees daily retail operations, customer experience, educational programs, hive mentorship, livestock planning, and business strategy. She is deeply committed to the natural world and believes the bees are our greatest teachers.

Dennis has been raising Osmia Mason Bees for over 10 years at his farm in Langley. Dennis is also a member of the Orchard Bee Association and a passionate gardener with 40+ fruit trees and greenhouses. He will answer all your questions about introducing and supporting Mason Bees in your yard.
